1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing any MyExamDoctor product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. What We Provide

MyExamDoctor provides AI-powered exam preparation tools for exams including OET, 11 Plus, IELTS, ACCA, and USMLE. Our products are educational tools designed to help you prepare — they are not official examination services and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination body.

3. Free Trial

All products offer a limited free trial (typically 3 interactions) with no account creation required. Free trial usage is tracked by IP address. Attempts to circumvent free trial limits (e.g. using VPNs or multiple IP addresses) are a violation of these terms.

4. Payment and Access

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• One-time payment products grant lifetime access
• Access is delivered via a unique personal link — keep this link safe
• Subscription products are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
• You are responsible for keeping your access link secure — do not share it

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support@myexamdoctor.com and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your personal access link with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI system prompts or content
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
• Resell or redistribute access to our products

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI-generated outputs, system prompts, and user interface elements are the intellectual property of MyExamDoctor. You may use AI-generated output for your personal exam preparation only — not for commercial redistribution or publication.

8. No Guarantees

MyExamDoctor is an exam preparation tool. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or pass rate. Outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyExamDoctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

10. Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. We will not be liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
